1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of Luxe Spotless Cleaning Co. LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Luxe Spotless Cleaning Co. LLC offers residential, commercial, and specialized cleaning services, as detailed on our website and service agreements.
3. Booking and Payment
• Scheduling: Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
• Pricing: Prices are based on service type, location, and property size. A final quote is provided upon booking.
• Payment: Payments are due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.
• Late Payments: A late fee may apply to overdue invoices.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations: Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.
• No-Show Policy: If our team arrives at your location and cannot access the property, a full service fee may be charged.
5. Client Responsibilities
• Access to Property: Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. If keys, codes, or special instructions are required, they must be provided in advance.
• Safety & Hazards: Clients must inform us of any hazardous conditions (e.g., pets, fragile items, chemicals, security alarms).
• Pre-Cleaning Preparation: Clients should remove valuables and declutter areas for efficient service.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee & Complaints
• If you are not satisfied with our service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion for a re-clean or refund consideration.
• We do not offer refunds for complaints made beyond this timeframe.
7. Liability & Limitations
• Property Damage: While we take great care, Luxe Spotless Cleaning Co. LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not secured before cleaning.
• Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or damaged personal items.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or service disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, power outages, accidents).
8. Health & Safety
• Our team follows strict cleaning and safety protocols.
• Clients must disclose any known health hazards (e.g., mold, biohazards, pests).
• We reserve the right to refuse service if a location is deemed unsafe.
9. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion if:
• A client is abusive or disrespectful to our staff.
• A property is in an unsafe condition.
• There are repeated late payments or policy violations.
10. Privacy Policy
By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
